Please remember that the best hotels in the world occasionally have an unhappy customer. However, any hotel, car rental agency or tour company that receives several complaints is dropped from CentralAmerica.Com. If you use our services we encourage you to send us a comment upon your return. All comments are noted by us and then forwarded to the appropriate hotel or agency manager.

Just wanted to thank you for all your work on our vacation plans. Everything went without a hitch--no problems with the hotels, the car was fine, the car rental people were very easy to work with. And we loved Costa Rica. It's a beautiful country and we're already planning on going back again soon.

We are a party of six adults from Kansas that wished to visit Costa Rica in December of 2002. After much research on the internet, we found your company and a most wonderful travel advisor, named Alberto. He planned and booked a wonderful trip for us. Our driver was also very good. I do not remember his named, perhaps Alberto will. We were so impressed with Alberto, his friendliness and effort to make our vacation absolutely perfect. From the cuisine, to the lovely friendly people, to the birds and animals, this wonderful trip left us with memories we will always cherish.
Now that we are returning in December of 2004, we have already contacted our wonderful new friend (Alberto). There was no need to research ANY other tour company! Alberto is in the process of planning our return vacation. This time we are hoping to increase our party somewhat. My husband and I and another of the original party are bringing teenage children. We are quite excited to share your wonderful country with our children.

I wanted you to know that the car rental from Mapache went well and we were very pleased with the vehicle. The drop off and pick up was not easy and the Mapache guys did good considering they had to take the bus from San Jose for the pick up and return on the bus for the drop off. It was worth the fee charged. They were also very helpful when I accidentally left my travel folder in the return vehicle. They made contact with me when I flew on Sansa to San Jose and delivered it to me at the Sansa office. I could not have recovered it without their help. It is a pleasure doing business with people who try to accommodate. When we return to CR next year, I will use Mapache and will contact you.

I just wanted to send you a note to thank you so much for all your help with our honeymoon in December to Costa Rica. I apologize for not writing this sooner as it's been on my mind to thank you once again! We absolutely loved every minute of our trip and your suggestions were all perfect!
Peace Lodge was by far the best hotel that we have ever stayed in! We were so blown away by the amazing service and the beauty of the resort itself. The attention to detail there is without compare! Thank you for suggesting we stay 2 nights! If we had stayed one we would have been disappointed for sure.
As well, both VanTrans and Interbus were both great... we couldn't believe the ease of the transportation system there! The voucher was all we needed and it was so easy. A big thank you to Angelo and Juan Carlos (both our drivers) at VanTrans. They were fantastic and helpful and we'd definitely book them again.
All the other hotels were fabulous as well but we especially loved Capitan Suizo in Tamarindo and that was another one on your recommendation. We will return there for sure!!!

Just a note to tell you thanks for working out our reservations and for your choice of Casa Corcovado. It is a first rate place to stay in a lovely part of Costa Rica. We also found the Aventuras Naturales River Guides to be very good and the food at the Pacuare River lodge was even better than at the Casa Corcovado. This was a short 'first look' trip for us, but we look forward to longer stays in Costa Rica in the future. The trip was wonderful!!!! The accommodation was totally beautiful, especially the Honeymoon suite at Sugar Beach - huge balcony, grand room and a stunning view of the sunset from the front door!!!

We want to thank you for arranging the best vacation we've ever had. Everyone we met in Costa Rica was friendly and helpful. Francesca and Milo at the Backyard Hotel were great hostesses. The guys at Chicklet's Canopy Tour were outstanding and Meirle, our tour guide from King Tours, who led us through Manual Antonio National Park was just excellent. And last but not least, Fernando, who led us through the jungle and waterfall tour at Villa Lapas, was helpful and friendly and showed us birds and animals that we would not otherwise have seen. We were very happy with our Costa Rican experience and plan to return one day to visit you all again.

We had a FANTASTIC time in Costa Rica! Tabacon was nice and we actually saw Arenal erupting on the final night. Yes, we saw lava flowing down one side of the volcano. We did an amazing excursion that was most memorable. I think you need to recommend to people - Canyoning. The company is Pure Trek. Our group went rappelling down waterfalls. Our guide Duncan was lots of fun and very helpful.
As for Tulemar... it was WONDERFUL! I highly recommend staying there. They have a nice beach and everyone there is very nice - especially Diego, Randall and Gustavo. The Premium Bungalows are very luxurious and clean with incredible views of the ocean and of course monkeys. We saw both Squirrel and Capuchin Monkeys, as well as lots of lizards and some toucans.
We thought the guys are Canopy Safari were lots of fun, although they there was a mix up and they didn't know they were picking us up at Tulemar. We called them after waiting a half hour, but everything worked out. Mapache rent a car was punctual and also very helpful. It was so nice to leave our car at the Quepos airport. On behalf or our group of 6, thank you so much for all your help.

My husband and I would like to thank Sr. Juan Carlos Arroyo for such awesome service he provided. Our vacation began with Sr. Arroyo giving us a guided tour of the capital of Costa Rica and it's beautiful countryside. He was very knowledgeable about it's history and points of interest. We had a very good time in Mal Pais. All arrangements went very smooth; rental car and hotel. The people at the rental car agency were very professional and helpful. You deserve a huge thanks for helping us with our honeymoon. Normally, I don't think travel agents can help a lot with trip planning, but you really proved me wrong.
Although I chose the places to stay, your execution and small suggestions here and ther made a huge difference. We were very happy we went to Tabacon first and ended in Manuel Antonio. That was a great reccommendation by you. Also, the travel was perfect. Alittle driving and a couple fun short plane rides was the perfect mix. On time pick ups, nice/informative drivers and safe travel made traveling easy.
