| Quinta del Sol was built in 2007 by Patrick Rey, a French designer who lives and works in Tamarindo: he is very well known by his many projects involved with in the area. Tamarindo is 9 minutes away and 15 minutes to Playa Avanella which is one of the nicest beaches in Costa Rica. This is the ideal place for honeymoons and weddings, couples, and families, and wonderfully suited to Eco-adventures. It has all the amenities of a beach town including more than 40 fine dining restaurants: everything you would need will be just a few minutes from Quinta del Sol. |

Relax under the rancho by the pool and sip your favorite beverage! Outside of the main house you will find a wonderful living space, made of teak poles from the land it was on and thatch from Nicaragua. |
| The main house have 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms - guest suite also have air bed in case anyone might need it, and a crib. All bedrooms have their own AC units The suite is larger and has additional to the standard rooms a fireplace, a sunken Jacuzzi with two large windows and a private forest garden with its own trail. Breakfast could be served in the Suite, on it´s terrace or in your little private forest garden. |

"The house is absolutely stunning and has such a wonderful vacation ambiance. I stayed there with my 3 adult children and we all loved the house and yard. A beautiful spot to wake up to each morning, coffee by the pool or in the great "outdoor" living room. We went to the local beaches during the day and it was always so nice to come back "home".
