We are not sure whether to describe the experience as poolside, cliff-side or tree canopy dining. It all depends on which way you turn because you are surrounded by five waterfall pools, while overlooking the tree canopy, down a slope which falls one thousand feet below, while the prevailing breezes rustle the palm fronds shading you from above. Add great food from the grill, an informal dress code, and some Jimmy Buffet music to the equation and you might realize that you have found the definition of the word “vacation”.
