You will take the Hampton Inn Airport Shuttle and go to the Hampton Inn & Suites for your first night in San José in one of their comfortable standard rooms. Your air conditioned 4 X 4 Toyota Rav 4 will be delivered to the hotel the following morning, and you're off to Volcan Arenal, one of the most active volcanos in the world. En route you will pass through Zarcero, famous for the sculpted bushes surrounding its picturesque church. Option: Going a few miles out of your way you can also visit Sarchí, home of Costa Rica's traditional brightly painted ox carts and a great stop for buying beautiful items made of Costa Rican hardwoods.

You will spend two nights in a standard room at Arenal Springs which offers comfortable accommodations and a breathtaking view of Arenal Volcano. During the day you may choose to visit Arenal Volcano National Park, hike to a waterfall, or relax in the thermal baths at Tabacon Gran Spa – Thermal Resort (for pricing regarding those activities, check our tours at Popular Inland Tourist Area or contact our travel advisers).

After taking the scenic drive around Lake Arenal you arrive at Playa Tamarindo, where you will have three glorious days to relax on the beach, at 5 minute walk from the Jardin del Eden. This refined boutique hotel is set in the heart of the village, nevertheless you will feel lost away from the civilization in the most ravishing tropical garden where elegance is the master word. Do not miss the exquisite cuisine from their Peruvian chef who will make you forget everything you knew about cooking!

After relaxing on the beach you return to San José. The scenic drive up the Pan American highway passes coffee and sugar plantations, volcanic mountains and the unique Brahman cattle that form an ever-changing panorama. Back at your room at the Hampton Inn & Suites dine and enjoy the biggest casino of Central America, a few blocks from the hotel.

Your vehicle will be picked up at the hotel and the next day transportation will be provided to the International Airport.
