Tours

 

The tree top canopy has twelve platforms and ten zip lines from 150 to 400 feets long. After having lunch at the Lodge, you will be en route to the thermal waters, steambath and natural spa, located at the foot of Rincon de la Vieja Volcano.

This ride is two hours of rubber boat trip down the river which is bordered by tropical dry forest, trees like Ceiba, Mahogany and Guanacaste. Also, during the journey, some of the animals you may see are exotic birds, Jesus Christ lizards and monkeys.

Itinerary

Note: Remember these tours can be adjusted to your choices. Add or delete a day, substitute a different day tour or drop the day tours and just kick back. We can customise any package to fit you.

Day 1: ARRIVE - Arrive San Jose Airport. Take hotel shuttle to the Best Western Irazu. Overnight in San Jose at Hotel Irazu or similar.

Day 2 : Flamingo Beach - After breakfast, your SUV vehicle will be delivered to the hotel. Don’t spend any more time in the city and hit the road to the beach! After 4 hours driving through the Central Valley in direction of Liberia, you will get to Playa Flamingo. And now begins your 5 night stay in a Pool View Room at Flamingo Beach Resort

Day 3: Flamingo Beach - You know what to do: beach, sun, relax and discover!

Day 4: Flamingo Beach - The Buena Vista Canopy & Natural Spa Tour is one of our favorite day tours in this part of the country. This tour combinesf a canopy tour with lunch and a horseback ride to the thermal waters at the foot of the volcano. An all day adventure.

Day 5: Flamingo Beach - Remember Day 3? The same! Your tan needs some work: everyone must be jealous back at the office!

Day 6: Flamingo Beach - On this day we added the relaxing Corobici River Floating Tour - The waters are not rough, but you have to work a little to manage them. (the river is class I - II).
