| Paradise Air flies brand new, six passenger Gippsland Airvans which are
specially designed for the unique requirements of flying in Costa Rica. Our
aircraft are equipped with state of the art navigation gear, including GPS
navigation and Terrain Awareness Systems, and have large viewing windows
that offer any passenger an unobstructed view of Costa Rica’s beautiful
jungles, beaches, volcanoes and more. Paradise Air's latest arrival is a
brand new twelve passenger Cessna Grand Caravan. The jetprop airplane is
air-conditioned, appointed with luxurious leather interior and is capable of
flying non-stop to any destination throughout Central America. |

Paradise Air offers several services to its clients including on-demand
aircraft charter anywhere in Central America, air ambulance services, real
estate aerial tours, light cargo, parachuting , sky diving and many other
services..
- We are the first air taxi company to be certified under the new, stricter
aviation laws of Costa Rica (COA TX-001), an accomplishment we are proud of,
as well as having been FAA certified.
- Safety is THE MOST important issue, so we continuously service our brand
new planes every 50 flight hours, in our brand new FAA certified Helicorp
Repair Station, therefore making sure our planes are in the best condition
possible for flying.

Paradise Air carries full liability insurance with Lloyd’s of London, up
to $10 million per airplane (in Cessna Caravan) and up to $5 million per
airplane (in Airvan) in addition to our full insurance with the INS.

TERMS:
- Rates Subject To Change – the prices which are quoted are subject to
change and may vary for factors beyond our control such as drastic changes
in fuel prices or exchange rate fluctuations. Our current price list is
valid thru March 31, 2008.
- Deposit – a 100% non-refundable deposit is required to secure a confirmed
reservation. A confirmation will be sent upon receipt of the deposit for the
date and time of the request. Changes to the itinerary within 30 days prior
to scheduled departure may incur a surcharge depending on other flight
commitments made that particular day. Full refunds will be issued for
cancellations made more than 30 days prior to scheduled departure.
- Payment – full payment is required prior to the commencement of any
flight. All rates are based upon departure from Pavas Airport (Downtown San
Jose) to destination quoted and are one-way unless otherwise quoted or
agreed upon in advance. Payment may be made by direct deposit to our bank
account, wire transfer, cash or major credit card.
- Cancellations – Paradise Air is not responsible for cancellations,
delays, or difficulties arising from unforeseen circumstances including
unfavorable weather conditions, natural disasters, airport closures, etc.
and will not be held liable for difficulties that arise from the
cancellation or delay of a particular flight.
- Additional Charges – waiting time is $50/hour; additional pilot charges
at $100/day. Passenger pick-up or drop-off at Juan Santamaria International
Airport will incur a $50 charge per event in Airvan and $100 per event in
our Cessna Caravan.
- Weight Allowance – We have no maximum weight for passengers or baggage as
long as the total weight for each flight does not exceed the maximum safe
carrying capacity of the aircraft. In our Cessna Grand Caravan that weight
is 2,300 pounds and in our Gippsland Airvan is 1,200 pounds.
- Departure Time – Passengers shall be at the departure airport and ready
to load at least 15 minutes prior to the scheduled and agreed upon departure
time. Paradise Air reserves the right to depart 15 minutes after the
agreed upon scheduled departure time in order to meet commitments made by
other customers.
- Acceptance of Terms and Conditions - Acceptance of any Paradise Air
charter estimate, whether verbal or signed, constitutes agreement with the
Terms and Conditions set forth above.
