| We offer a peaceful and private ecological friendly environment without isolation. The Villas sit above the green pastures of the historic Palermo farm. The location of Villas de Palermo is a central locale that is reachable by car, boat or plane and is close proximity to two major international airports. The roads are paved throughout with access to town and amenities only a few minutes away. |
A total of fifty units are planned to be built. The units are being constructed at a minimum of eight villas at a time. The homes are 150 square meters (1,600 square feet) with two bedrooms and two bathrooms, two different models and are priced reasonably with optional upgrades for amenities and furnishings. |

The Villas are upscale and arranged carefully along the hillsides for privacy and ease of access. The architect has carefully grouped the homes to capture the breath taking views of the Pacific. The rich designed exterior colors and stone accents blend the Villas into the hillsides as to not detract from the natural terrain. The rich landscaping complements the natural surroundings and architecture of the development. There are paved roads through out the development and ample parking areas. |

The villas offer a casual elegance with signature architectural detailing and use of local craftsmanship and materials. They are constructed of solid concrete with a choice of two models and are designed with spacious open and airy floor plans. The villas are 150 sq meters, or 1600 square feet, in size with two bedrooms, two bathrooms and a generous kitchen featuring state of the art appliances, stone countertops and recessed lighting. The home offers beautiful flooring throughout with classic detailing. Features include air conditioning, ceiling fans and natural cooling from the ocean breezes. Optional furnishings are available with choices of wicker, teak and other fine Nicaraguan and imported pieces. |
