FINCA LERIDA BED AND BREAKFAST - Finca Lerida’s original vintage family home of Scandinavian design consists of 3 suites and 2 bedrooms, each with private bath, individually decorated conserving the warm Scandinavian style. The living room with beautiful fireplace and garden bohio have views of the forest and stream on the property.

Veraneras Suite - Enjoy the springtime feeling of this Suite with twin beds facing the bouganvilla “veraneras” garden. Its cozy adjoining room has a twin bed. El Colibrí -A charming room with queen size bed facing the bohio surrounded by hummingbird feeders. El Jardín - The Garden Suite with twin beds, is bright and spacious with a springtime feeling, overlooking the flower garden and the vegetable and herb garden.

FINCA LERIDA ECOLODGE - Nestled in the middle of our coffee plantation and surrounded by our private natural forest reserve. Wake up to the symphony of birds and to the aroma of our home grown “Finca Lerida” Estate Coffee brewed specially for you. Each of our 11 double rooms with private bathroom has its own porch, and a beautifull view of the valley and surrounding mountains. All the rooms are individually decorated and named after birds found in Finca Lerida Highlands.

BIRD WATCHING AT FINCA LERIDA - Located on our exclusive private nature reserve at an altitude ranging from 5,000 -10,000 feet above sea level, and consisting of primary and secondary forests, Finca Lerida has a network of professionaly built trails which have been visited by birdwatchers looking to see the Resplendent Quetzal, and by those interested in the magnificent fauna and flora within the estate grounds.

ESTATE COFFEE: - Finca Lerida is one of Boquete’s oldest and most traditional Coffee Estates. Located in the Highlands of Boquete, at an altitude of 5,500 feet, on the foothills of the Baru Volcano, with its deep rich volcanic soil, this beautifull and traditional coffee estate offers optimum conditions for growing premium mountain coffee. The ample rainfall and sunny, dry harvesting season promotes ideal production of this Arabica coffee. During the months of December to May, Lerida’s harvesting season, only the ripe cherries are selected and picked daily. The coffee then undergoes a meticulous wet process in Finca Lerida’s original and unique processing plant designed and constructed by Mr. Monniche himself. In keeping with his tradition, after the wet process the beans are sun dried, stored and aged in wooden silos, until the coffee is ready to be used.

Lerida’s many times award winning coffee was ranked #1 amongst 119 coffees from 15 countries at the Cupping Pavilion during the Boston SCAA’s (Specialty Coffee Association of America) annual meeting.
